Allison Wright-Donahoe is a results-driven workforce and business development professional with extensive experience in workforce strategy, employee engagement, organizational leadership, and business development. She serves as the Workforce and Business Development Director for the Southwest Region with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, where she leads workforce planning, develops strategic partnerships, and works with community and government partners to strengthen workforce and business services.
Prior to joining the State of Tennessee, Allison served as Director of Employee Health Services and Occupational Health at West Tennessee Healthcare, supporting the health and well-being of more than 7,500 employees and leading initiatives in employee wellness, benefits, workplace safety, and crisis response.
Allison holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Freed-Hardeman University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina. She is also actively involved in community service and leadership, including Leadership Jackson, the Salvation Army, and other community organizations.
