Sabra Bledsoe serves as the TNWorks Assistant Executive Director for Employer Engagement, where she supports the development and implementation of workforce solutions, multi-agency strategic initiatives, employer and industry collaboration, and operational leadership efforts across Tennessee. She previously served in multiple roles with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development at local, regional, and statewide levels.
Before joining state government, Sabra spent 19 years as an educator in West Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis, a Master of Science in School Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Martin, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Carson-Newman University.
Sabra is a graduate of Tennessee Government Executive Institute (TGEI), LEAD TN, University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services (UTCIS) Workforce Development Academy, and Business U, earning a Certified Business Engagement Professional credential.
